Freshness in fish and other sea food products is the most important quality parameter. Low CO2 will reduce the pH and consequently, slow bacterial growth.

Meat & Poultry
Poultry is associated to many challenges such as off-odour, evaporation loss, microbial growth, biochemical deterioration and discolourations. CO2 is an effective inhibitor of spoilage bacter and levels of 20% or
above helps maintain freshness.

Cooked & Prepared Food
Product quality and shelf life depends on the atmosphere of the
packaging. To promote longevity, product is packaged in a modified
atmosphere with low O2 and high CO2 concentration.

Bakery & Dried Food
Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) provides a barrier to oxygen
and moisture. It greatly prolongs shelf life. Replacing oxygen in a
pocket with nitrogen, CO2 or a mixture of the two is the way to do it.
